1. The promotion

The "HomeInsight Premium Weekly Draw" (the "Competition") is a free prize draw for homeowners, run by the Promoter to mark the upcoming launch of HomeSorted. Each week, one entrant is drawn to win a free year of HomeInsight Premium. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

2. Competition period

The Competition opens on 5 June 2026 and runs as a series of weekly prize draws. Each weekly draw is made from the valid entries received up to the cut-off for that week; you only need to enter once to be included in the draws that follow (until you win or the Competition closes). The Promoter may close the Competition, or change its frequency, on reasonable notice posted on the Competition page.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are aged 18 or over; and
• are resident in the Republic of Ireland; and
• own or occupy a residential property in the Republic of Ireland.

HomeSorted is launching first in North County Dublin; a winner's free year of HomeInsight Premium becomes usable once HomeSorted is available in their area. The following may not enter: employees, officers and agents of the Promoter and of Square Root (our development partner), and their immediate families or households, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition. The Promoter may verify a winner's age and residency, and may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or breach these terms.

4. How to enter

Enter at www.homesorted.ie/homeowner-competition by completing the form with your first name and surname, email address and WhatsApp number, and by accepting these terms. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

• One entry per person. Duplicate entries (matched by email address or WhatsApp number) will be removed; only the first valid entry counts.
• Entries must be made personally via the entry form. Bulk, automated or third-party entries are void.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical faults, internet/device issues or any cause outside its reasonable control.

5. The prize

• One free year of HomeInsight Premiumper weekly winner — a 12-month subscription to HomeInsight Premium (your home's full record, detailed reports, document storage and priority service reminders).

There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable. Where HomeSorted is not yet available in the winner's area at the time of the draw, the 12-month period runs from the date the prize is activated for the winner. The Promoter may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. Winners are responsible for any personal tax arising from a prize.

After the free year: about 30 days before the 12-month period ends, the Promoter will offer the winner the option to continue on a paid HomeInsight Premium subscription. If the winner does not take it up, HomeInsight Premium simply ends and the winner keeps their free HomeInsight record.

6. How winners are determined

For each weekly draw, one entrant is selected at random from all valid entrants who have not already won. Draws are conducted under the Promoter's supervision using a random selection method. The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the Competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification and claiming

Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw, by email and/or by the WhatsApp number provided. To claim, a winner must respond and confirm their details (and, if asked, verify age and residency) within 14 days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found ineligible, the Promoter may forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name and county(for example on homesorted.ie and the Promoter's social channels) to announce results and for reasonable transparency. The Promoter will not publish a winner's full contact details. A winner may ask not to be named, and the Promoter will comply where it is lawfully able to.

9. Data protection

Personal data you provide is processed in line with the HomeSorted Privacy Policy and the Competition Privacy Notice below. In short: we use your details to run the Competition and contact winners, and — where you have consented — to send you updates by email and, when HomeSorted launches, to contact you on WhatsApp. The lawful basis for Competition administration and marketing to entrants is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (see the Competition Privacy Notice).

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry to the Competition or acceptance/use of a prize. The Promoter may amend these terms, or suspend or cancel the Competition, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control or where the integrity or proper conduct of the Competition is compromised; any change will be posted on the Competition page.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the Competition are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
