Data Processing Addendum

1. Scope

This addendum describes the sub-processors HomeSorted uses to operate our platform, and the basis on which personal data is transferred to them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Data controller

HomeSorted, operated by Robert McDermott, Fingal, Ireland. Contact: hello@homesorted.ie.

3. Sub-processors

• Vercel, Inc.— hosting and serverless functions (EU region).
• Google Analytics(Google Ireland Limited) — aggregated web analytics.
• WhatsApp Business (Meta)— inbound and outbound messaging between HomeSorted and you.
• Resend— transactional email delivery.

4. International transfers

Where a sub-processor relies on a parent entity outside the EEA, the Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914) apply.

5. Counsel-drafted version

A full DPA including the Annexes required under Article 28 GDPR is being drafted with our legal counsel and will be finalised before July 2026 launch. For questions in the interim, contact hello@homesorted.ie.
