See HomeSorted in action
Two short, honest demos — an illustrative home's HomeInsight record, and one illustrative job moving between a homeowner and a trade. Nothing on this page is a real home, a real job, or a real person.

Illustrative example — the make, model and install date HomeInsight keeps for every major system in the house, logged the first time a trade works on it.
Gas boiler: illustrative example, not a real record
Illustrative example — a completed job, logged automatically the moment the trade marks it done on WhatsApp. No filing it yourself.
Dripping kitchen tap fixed: illustrative example, not a real record
Illustrative example — a part still under its manufacturer warranty, with the expiry date tracked automatically so it's never a guess.
Radiator valve: illustrative example, not a real record
Illustrative example — a certificate filed against the exact job it belongs to, not a photo lost in a camera roll or an email you can't find.
Gas safety certificate: illustrative example, not a real record
Illustrative example — Emma reminds the homeowner before a service is due, rather than the homeowner having to remember it themselves.

Step through Previous / Next, or press Play. The same request, seen from Emma's side and from Casey's — right down to the real tab names a trade sees.
Jordan messages Emma on WhatsApp
"The kitchen tap won't stop dripping — can someone sort it?"
Nothing yet on Pat's side
Pat's Today tab is quiet — the request hasn't reached a trade yet.
Casey's active tab right now: Today.

- Jordan messages Emma on WhatsApp: "The kitchen tap won't stop dripping — can someone sort it?" It's a standard job, not an emergency.
- Emma shares the job with nearby trades — usually up to three, never a guaranteed number. In Casey, a new Lead appears in Pat's Jobs tab. Leads are not guaranteed, and which ones you take is always your call.
- Pat opens the Lead in his Jobs tab and tells Casey he can take it. Jordan, meanwhile, sees only that a few trades are reviewing the job — no name or number yet.
- Jordan picks Pat, Sample Plumbing Co. Your phone number and exact address reach the trade only after you pick them.
- Pat fixes the tap and marks the job done. Casey logs the invoice in Pat's Money tab, and the same job, price and invoice appear automatically on Jordan's HomeInsight record — one brain, two views.
